Ben’s Success Story

Ben’s Success Story

Ben is a 23 year old male.  He had many problems impacting his healthy for such a young man. He doctors were not giving much help except for pain medication, surgery or braces. He had the following musculoskeletal imbalances and symptom:
  • Forward head (upper cross syndrome)
  • Cold and numbness in his hands and fingers
  • The muscle in his neck and shoulders were stiff and sore
  • The forward head put pressure on the front of C7 and transferred the pressure to the front of T9 pushing the vertebra back (posterior)
  • Pinched nerves and discomfort
  • Leaned forward in front of the red line and placed too much pressure on the balls of the feet
  • Stiff and sore back muscles, quadriceps and calf muscles (castrocnemius)
  • Glutes, hamstrings and abs were contracting all the time
  • Flat low back (no lumbar curve)
  • Pressure on the front or anterior side of L1-L5 (This could cause a bulging disc or bone spurs in the future)
  •  Hip flexors (Iliopsoas) were weak and tight
  • Right dropped shoulder
  • Left dropped hip
  • Left upper back (thoracic) was over developed
  • Left lower back (lumbar) was over developed
  • Had two stages of scoliosis
  • Inside cures of the vertebra were too close together which can cause a bulging disc and bone spurs
  • Left gluteus maximus is weak causing the left hip to drop
  • Left erector spinae is over developed and pulls the lumbar spine to the left
  • Left SIJ was mobile
  • The muscles around the left hip were contracting with stiff and soreness, as he tried to support the SIJ
  • Shifted to the right to compensate and the left glute stopped contracting as much
  • External rotation at the hips, knees and ankles
  • Bow legged
  • Tight glutes
  • Weak adducters
  • Pronation and supanation in the ankles
  • Knee joints had too much pressure on the lateral side of the joint wearing the meniscus and cartilage out too fast (Could end up replacing his knees at the age of 65)
  • His doctors prescribed pain medications as well as talked about surgery to put rods up his spine or wearing a body brace
After 12 one hour sessions his side view shows the joints almost perfectly lined up and all of his symptoms disappeared. His face view shows a straight spine with shoulders and hips parallel. The external rotation at the hips, knees, and ankles are all gone. He still has too much bow in his legs.  He is off his pain medications. I have suggested to him to do another 12 session to develop all the muscle to a point that every joint is stable and supported, to assure perfect posture and function.
On Bens 6th session he said “I feel like you are unwinding me. People are noticing that my posture is improving, and I am feeling much stronger.”

Chad’s Success Story

Chad’s Success Story

Chad is a13 year old male. He had the following musculoskeletal imbalances and symptoms:
  • He had a forward head  (upper cross syndrome)
  • The forward head put a lot of pressure on the front of the C7 and transferred it to the front of the T9 pushing the vertebra back (posterior)
  • He put pressure on the balls of the feet
  • The right head of his femur bone had not been formed at birth and through a miracle by the age of eight the right head of his femur grew to full size. During that time he developed a habit of leaning on his left leg and over developing his left glute and his right thoracic and lumbar spine, causing a “C” shaped spine that pulled to the right. This also caused a dropped left hip and a right dropped shoulder.
  • Right SIJ was mobile, so all the muscles on the right hip were very tight trying to stabilize the SIJ
  • Externally rotated at the right hip
  • Knocked kneed (Q angle)
  • Both ankles pronated
  • Cold and numbness in his hands and fingers
  • Muscles in the neck and shoulders were stiff and sore
  • Pinched nerves and discomfort
  • Tight quadriceps, gastrocemius and adductors were contracting all the time
  • Weak glutes, hams and abs
  • Tight right glute and iliopsoas as well as pain at the joint
  • Had a hard time walking and couldn’t lean on his right leg
He is now running, jumping and doing physical activities that he couldn’t do before.
He said to me, “Thanks for healing me, you have changed my life.” I was really impressed by this kid. His mother and dad were amazed at his progress. He is a very gifted boy. I really enjoyed the time we had together.

Charles’s Success Story

Charles’ Success Story

Charles is a 21 year single male. He has the following musculoskeletal imbalances and symptoms:
  • Forward head (upper cross syndrome)
  • Hunch back (Kyphosis)
  •  T6 vertebra sliding back (posterior) and the vertebra is pinching the nerves causing severe pain
  • Bowed legs (knees going out laterally)
  • Inflammation on the lateral side of the knees
  • Wearing the meniscus and cartilage on the medial side of the knees
  • External rotation at the hip and knees so these joints will wear out fast.
  • The hips and knees are not tracking right and he may need to be replaced them someday
The first five 1hour sessions the pain went away in the T6 vertebra.

After 48 sessions all of the joint were lined up and all of Charles pain was gone.
I have never had anyone workout as hard as Charles. He has a personal drive that is fun to see.

“Gary, thank you I feel great in my new body!”

Jeff’s Success Story

 Jeff’s Success Story

Jeff is a 47 year old male.  He was a good golfer who played every day but because of pain he had to give up golf. He had the following musculoskeletal imbalances and symptoms:
  • Left dropped shoulder
  • Left dropped hip
  • Scoliosis in the spine
  • Over developed right thoracic and left lumbar
  • Externally rotated at the hips
  • Forward head (kyphosis)
  • Pain was so great he had to stop playing golf
  • Neck pain
  • Headaches
He had been going to a chiropractor for years to help gain relief.
After stabilizing and lining up all the joints, all of his symptoms are gone and he is back playing golf.

I was walking into the country club at dinner and clear across the room Jeff jumps up and yells out my name. “Gary Rumel, come over here.”

He then starts telling all the guys at the table how I changed his life around by getting him back in the game of golf. Wow! He was so excited you would have thought we were on a game show. His handy cap is two and he is hitting the ball 25 yards further. “Gary when I do the senior tour you’re my man to help me win.” I really like that guy!

Joanie’s Success Story

Joanie’s Success Story

Joanie is an 81 year old female. She had the following musculoskeletal imbalances and symptoms. I love her spirit and desire to feel better at her age.
  • Forward head (upper cross syndrome)
  • Pressure on the back of the neck (C7)
  • Headaches
  • Cold and numbness in her hands
  • A right dropped shoulder
  • Left dropped hip
  • C shaped spine pulled to the left
  • Flat low back (flat lumbar)
  • A compound twist in her hip (pelvic girdle)
  • L4 and L5 vertebrae pinched the nerves causing sciatic nerve pain down her left leg, making it impossible for her to get a good night sleep for 28 years
  • Sleep apnea
After lining up all the joints in her body, all of her symptoms went away. She had sleep apnea because the pain didn’t allow her good sleep. Take the pain away, presto she is sleeping!
Joanie said to me “Gary, I feel ten years younger thank you.”
